Refund Policy

At Gasun Home Care, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, we have a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. Below are the terms of our refund policy:


1. Registration Fees

  • The registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Yearly Service Charge

  • If the customer cancels the service within 30 days of commencement, 25% of the yearly service charge will be deducted, and 75% will be refunded.
  • No refund will be provided for services canceled after 30 days of commencement.

Example:
If the yearly service charge is ₹10,000 and the customer cancels the service within 30 days:

  • Deduction: ₹2,500 (25%)
  • Refund: ₹7,500 (75%)

3. Monthly Service Charge

  • The monthly service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Travelling Charges

  • The travelling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request via email at gasunhomecare@gmail.com or send it to our office address.
  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund process will be completed within 30 business days.

6. Service Cancellation Process

  • Customers must provide 15 days’ prior written notice to cancel the service.
  • Without written notice, no refund will be processed.

7. Other Conditions

  • If the customer misuses GASUN Home Care services or violates the terms and conditions, no refund will be provided.
  • The decision regarding refunds will solely rest with the management of GASUN Home Care.
