Refund Policy
At Gasun Home Care, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, we have a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
1. Registration Fees
- The registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Yearly Service Charge
- If the customer cancels the service within 30 days of commencement, 25% of the yearly service charge will be deducted, and 75% will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided for services canceled after 30 days of commencement.
Example:
If the yearly service charge is ₹10,000 and the customer cancels the service within 30 days:
- Deduction: ₹2,500 (25%)
- Refund: ₹7,500 (75%)
3. Monthly Service Charge
- The monthly service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Travelling Charges
- The travelling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Refund Process
- To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request via email at gasunhomecare@gmail.com or send it to our office address.
- Once the refund request is approved, the refund process will be completed within 30 business days.
6. Service Cancellation Process
- Customers must provide 15 days’ prior written notice to cancel the service.
- Without written notice, no refund will be processed.
7. Other Conditions
- If the customer misuses GASUN Home Care services or violates the terms and conditions, no refund will be provided.
- The decision regarding refunds will solely rest with the management of GASUN Home Care.
